Jeff Yarbro of the Nashville area is working on removing constitutionally protected rights from all Tennesseans with his proposed amendment to SB 1029.
Tomorrow I’m going to bring SB 1029 up for a vote on the Senate floor. There is an amendment filed to SB 1029, which would enact Extreme Risk Protection Orders. With votes from 17 of 33 senators, we could consider & pass this legislation. There’s a way. But is there the will?
